We will contact you to confirm the appointment and answer any questions you may have.
Get your property ready before the scheduled scanning. Our technician will show up as scheduled or you can simply leave the door open.
A typical scanning usually takes around an hour. If you are not with our technician during the scanning, we will notify you once the process is complete.
Our analyst will process the 3D model and research property information in order to produce a customised property listing for you.
A property listing will be available for preview within two days. You can review the listing and make changes as you see fit.
Once you have approved the listing, the relevant URL will be provided upon full payment. The listing will be hosted by us for a year.
You can opt to extend the listing for another year at an additional fee. Just get in touch with us and we'll handle it for you.
The 3D Showcase uses WebGL, the modern standard for 3D content on the web. On desktop computers, WebGL is supported by the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. To confirm that your browser supports WebGL, visit this test page.
WebGL must be enabled in order to view these 3D models. To enable WebGL, the best thing to do it to update your internet browser and operating system to the latest version on your computer so that WebGL will be enabled by default. This way, you don’t need to turn anything off or on!
Just follow these simple steps and you’ll only have to enable this one time –
Select Preferences -> Advanced Tab -> Show Development Menu.
Select Develop -> Enable WebGL
Refresh the page.
You can view a 3D Showcase from any smart phone or tablet as long as you have upgraded your software to the latest version.
Put away clutter or personal items (clothes, toys, etc). Keep curtains and blinds open to let the maximum amount of natural light in. Keep all doors open. Be sure the home electricity is switched ON. The technician will utilize available lights in dimmer areas, such as a basements and wine cellars.
The nature of 3D scanning is such that environments of harsh or reflected/refracted light (i.e.mirrors or ambient light) may affect sections of the 3D model. We do our best to rectify these issues on-site, but there could be unforeseen circumstances with lighting beyond our control.
We reserve the right to host your property listing free for up to 1 year. It’s HKD1000 per listing per year afterwards.
These are approximate times in furnished spaces:
60 Minutes for 1,000 sq. ft.
90 minutes for 2,000 sq. ft.
Also, depending on the environments, lighting, etc scans may take a little longer.
